Selling the product on the Amazon Platform.

From 2011 to 2015, I gained selling experience based on the A9 algorithm, analyzing its performance and leading the team successfully to achieve the goal of sales.

At 2016, through the test and hands-on experience with the A9 algorithm, I started an in-depth to explore the A10 algorithm, focusing on paid advertising traffic. During this period, I conducted multi-category testing, including LED light bulbs, electronics (3C products), apparel, and fashion accessories. In 2017, leveraging insights derived from the A10 algorithm, I began developing and scaling my own apparel brand. during 2018-2019, I began a more in-depth research of SEO and SEM, achieving a ROAS of 3.25–4.12, while overall revenue started to increase steadily. At the same time, I developed stronger capabilities in inventory management and production planning.

One of my researches, what Cosmo significantly reinforces are from Filter Bubble/Echo Chamber; Traditional SEO and SEM strategies are no longer sufficient to break through. Inspired by my program, I got a deep insight, so that I strongly believe that  sellers must integrate premium content with advertising and marketing strateies by multi platform, like social media. Moreover, sellers should use display advertising and brand advertising to collect their target audience's tags, enabling the collection of a broader and more diverse set of user tags. As these tags gradually accumulate on the same ASIN link, it would strengthen the product’s relevant exposure, so that ultimately drive increased organic traffic within the Amazon ecosystem.
